at 3talks , i found same problem with my notebook (win 2003) and desktop (win2000) !!!
i don't undestand why ???
so , should i quite 3talks ???
:'(:'(:'( i seem is not windows problem, because you have another computer also have this problem, i guest this is timeout (the IE program spent a long time to load photo, so IE wait long time until to timeout)
please show your network environment, and the photo is storage in taiwan or mainland??
because some ISP load taiwan or mainland will slow
