据扒[原創/非轉貼]
記得細個,爸爸媽媽第一次帶我去扒房(專据扒既地方)我叫左一客西冷牛扒,個侍應姐姐對我講:幾成熟。
我就同媽媽講:姐姐讚我成熟呀!
之後我先知道牛扒太熟係好難咬得開,因為我堅持要十成熟。
其實就算你鍾意食幾熟都好,首先係要問返個侍應碟上定鐵板上,分別好大,我就鍾意碟上六成,鐵板就五成,因為碟原本係凍既原因,當塊扒放上去時就會迅速被降溫,血水就會眾0係扒與碟之間,需然做扒既時候會先煎封,但係血水依然都會有,好多人一落刀見到都會話:嘩!乜咁生架!血淋淋成塊XXX咁
鐵板上就唔同,因為錢板溫度高,所以食到1/5時,識食扒既人就會反扒(我建議向則反起),生手既就會彈到成身汁,但係為左食一塊好扒,幾"論盡"都要啦!
PS:不過,我覺得依家你要幾多成熟都係好求其
