[/b]Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson is set to be handed the Premiership's biggest transfer kitty.
The People says Eriksson has just splashed £8m on little-known Reggina striker Rolando Bianchi, but is still hunting for more firepower with the backing of Thai owner Thaksin Shinawatra.
