China's Fufeng Group plans Hong Kong listing next month - report  
  


HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Fufeng Group, China's largest producer of food additive glutamic acid, plans an initial public offering in Hong Kong next month to fund its expansion planned for the next two years, The Standard reported, quoting company chairman and president Li Xuechun.

Li did not provide further details, but the paper quoted market sources as saying that the company plans to raise 900 mln hkd from the IPO.

Goldbond Capital, a Hong Kong-based investment bank, and ABN Amro Rotschild are the listing sponsors, the paper said.
