1.先選檔案,再選擇要轉成的格式,如:mp4,再點一下檔案反白後調整右邊各類功能..
2.將Video siae選擇為176x144
3.將Frame rate選擇為14.98
4.將Bit rate選擇為80
5.將Sample rate選擇為44100
